MartinaHirayama and her Team were able to show that drops of water on synthetic material turn in to ice only a temperature below freezing point. The synthetic material imitates the effect of proteins.Arctic fish, for example, are armed with alumin, a protein that lowers the freezing point of their blood by binding with nascent ice crystals,preventing them from growing unchecked.
"We can already simulate these properties in the lab , but we still have to test the process in a wind tunnel," says Hirayama. The coating will then also be tested on the rotor blades of wind energy plants.

This is a wrong way in my view. Yes!
More people with more money is also increased in many countries. Yes! This is because of European countries and its technical development in Information technology area. The European countries did not wanted to have moderate process in this area. .definitely slow process , I do not recommend, but very fast approach would have been blocked. so that fast attempt to make millions , hired out sourcing so money flow to other Countries like China,Russia,India, and all other Asian and Middle east countries was allowed to secured funds in Dollars /Euro increased in many accounts of many Banks in all Asian countries. This fund allowed to have these countries run with stable .
The second reason is their is no Balance of Trade in IMPEX Policy in all European countries . allowed technology at Cheap prices from many countries to their Land is also a reason for financial crisis. on the other Hand It can not be said as Poverty increasing but standard of living is increasing on every day.
Also I can say another Truth on this matter. But not now. on the right time I willsay my point which is a blast on this matter confirming that Poverty is not on increasing trend.at China or or in any other countries.
