Cook onions, celery, and herbs in butter in a large heavy skillet over moderately low heat, stirring occasionally until celery is softened about 10 minutes. Stir together bread, vegetables, broth, water, and salt and pepper to taste, and then cool completely, uncovered, make a roll and allow cooling. Finally sliced the roll and serve with roast chicken.
Collect all trimming bed vegetables and put it in pan add stock water allow to boil finally all little flour and butter make a smooth gravy strain it with muslin cloth finished with white wine.
Serve it with roast gravy and stuffing accompanied with tossed vegetables and potatoes.

Children can sleep for about 8 hours.  You must not sleep immediately after food.  Go to bed after a minimum period of 2 hours after food. While going to bed take a cup of hot milk or hot water and go to bed . You will have a sound sleep. the entire human system must be on rest on sleep  for that only you are advised to go to bed 2 hours after food. A good sleep is good bonus to your health. Stay fit so sleep well. Even sleeping on the floor without any pillows and bed is advisable for few hours in a day. this is a hosanna in yoga .Good for health .
