Supreme Court allows pictures of CM, governor in government advertisements.

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday reversed its 2015 order and allowed the use of photographs of governors, chief ministers and ministers in government advertisements, even as preparations are underway for assembly polls in five states next month.

NOW AS A CITIZEN OF iNDIA

 I like to appeal or wish to say  to my President of India , Prime Minister of India,Parliament of India, Election Commission,Election commisioner's and Judiciary /Supreme Court of India   That this Judgement may be treated as Partiality  or Democracy has been redefined in another manner.good wishes.

But at the same time , I wish to say that ,Having this concept in mind set ,Judiciary and Election Commission would have allowed Politicl parties to do Propoganda on all election days also.

Yes , on a said Election date for a Election ,Election commission and Government makes arrangement to stop all Propoganda activities by 5.30 P.M. before a Day to go to the Said election date. That is 54.30 Hours. (Election Date 24 Hours-A Day before Election date - 24 Hours and 5.30 P.M. of a day before to this day.).

But we Indians(including Judiciary) can say in all these Years this rule has been Violated by Political Parties,and continuing.

Yes,

1.,

 Political Parties own directly or indirectly Press and Media.

Even Political parties and or its Party President said  or says that they are not the owner's of Press and Media . 

2.

The painful issue in Our Indian Democracy is ,Press and Media belongs to or working for the favor of a Political Party were displaying its Registered Logo in the Screen at all times when you open that Television channel even on Election Date and prior day also with out any restrictions.

3.

I Hope Judiciary/Supreme court or Prime Minister of India ,President of India,Electin commission of India and Election commissioner's ,Consumer Law Board authorities ,Trade Logo Registering Law authorities  may not agree in providing /allocating the same Registered Logo's to Political Parties also for the Elections Happened and will going to Happen!!!????. 

In My Humble View ,a registered Logo of a Business Company or a firm  has been offered or allocated to Political parties  By Election Commission /commissioner's with out any objection's from Law maintaining people in Judiciary  is not correct/right in the Name of Democracy.

so, at least, Here after, the concerned authorities may not wish to continue this mistake in Politics ,in Future by Indian's not to say that this an act of "Justice denied Acknowledged and approved".

In Case, No one showing any interest on this serious issue /matter than we Indians can all this as "an allowed Violation of Law in Democracy of India" and it will continue for ever in Democracy.

I wish to explain the above statement,A Day before to the Election date all Propoganda in any manner were to be stopped /Banned. But what is Happenning in Reality? Many Political Parties Owned /Directed Press and Media were relaying Program's through out all Days,this includes the time 5.30P.M. of a day when the Election Propoganda works were to be stopped to till the evening of that Election date. In That Press and Media in all Program's The allocated Logo's of Political parties are shown /exhibited permanently on the Screen of a Television in all Home.  (this is violation of election law)

I would like to say that  in the above mentioned authorities in Democracy of India will not deny the following statement.This can also be called as Denied Opportunity and or Justice to many Political Party contestants. why because even on the day of Election date people will watch Television channels of their like.

  Television channels or press owned by Politician's or Political Parties can not be forced to Stop their relay from 5.30 P.M. of a day which is an earlier Day to Electionn date,and Earlier Day and on Election date By Election commission or Election commissioner's by a Law is an impossible work. 

so Once again I appeal to President of India,Prime Minister of India ,Supreme Court/Judiciary of India,Election Commission,Election commissioner's,Consumer and Trade Law enforcing authorities to come to an amicable decision by which Allocating Logo's to Political Parties Must not be already in Use as Registered or Unregistered but as Most popular Logo.

I believe that Democracy inn Idia will react on This matter effectively and at the Earliest Possible.
