If you have any problem always, try to consult a doctor and then do the needful. This will relax your neck muscles. Try to massage the pain area or yoga to relieve neck stress. Try to change your activities if there is a need.

Always try to have break in your job. This interval will make us to be relaxed. Move your neck up and down for sometimes.
