For example Black Money is also a matter deliberately creating huge problem in financial crisis. Hoarding Money will come to an end. Money Holders will be forced to convert all in to this Common Money, But Black Money Holders and Black Money can not be exchanged, unless Bank people do any type of scandal. Eradicating Black Money is quite possible across the world.
