My Idea's to mygov.nic.in on 2 International Social Welfare Plans for Children !
Action Plan - 1:
First to arrange to have special Team of Workers to educate in a affectionate manner to convey that to Stop /Ban the use of Crackers on any occasions/reasons.
First to high light to convey that fire works generate and enhance Air Pollution.
Second to High Light In Fire Manufacturing companies Children were the Major employees. Though Government organize and implement many Children welfare Laws (e.g.Child Labor Acts) it does not gives the exact result what the society need for our future Generations.
Many Development Schemes are not reached Children in all countries is also True.
In the Name of children Many Mint Billions from Fire works /Crackers Manufacturing Companies situated in remote areas where Government can not offer any security measures is also true.
In stead of telling not to buy Fire works from Other Countries mygov.nic.in can implement a G.O.saying that Fire works are Banned in India and sending the same resolution U.N.O. and UNICEF requesting the same Ban in all Nation considering the Life of Future Generations of our world.!.
Children can only able to roll that crackers with such a Tight grip is well known to all Human. So Fire works manufacturers engage Child Labor's and on many incidents we witness/read/Understand many Children Life Loss.
If You Happened to look at the Hands of these children engaged in that Fire works Manufacturing than you will consume your food . You will get shocked to see Hands which can not be cleaned to bring the Normalcy ,so please think what could be pathetic situation of these children while consuming their food daily Press and media can intervene in this condition of children life to expose to Government).
Above all they are not paid huge.But even a Investor Invest Rupees 50,000 in Fire works at the time of Deepavali and can easily earn a profit of 1Lakh in few days ( income tax is not paid for these transactions - So Black Money Generation continue)is Known to Many of us in the society. The social condition and Economical situation did not changed against many Laws and enactments passed by Government till date is the History. So what is the result now in Need?
Prime Minister International Children Socio-economic Welfare Fund has to be Started immediately. If Prime Minister and council of Ministers put forward a demand to people saying that a Minimum Donations or if a person buy Crackers for Rupees 1000/= than he or she need to reduce this expense to Rs.700/- and Donate Rs 300 or Rs 100/- to Prime Minister International Children Socio-economic welfare fund . By availing contributions Prime Minister /Ruler can Pull all Children towards Schools. from the fund Government can offer Free Education with a Breakfast and a Meal in the Mid-noon to children.If we Pull children in all places ,this includes all Villages and remote areas , than Fire works Manufacturing will automatically come to a closure.
Educating children about future on Environment ,Air,Nature and Pollution's in these Schools will have quick results starting towards the Goal.

From the Prime Minister International Children socio-economic welfare fund ,funds to be allocated to Union Government to produce Books and education Materials to be printed at the cost of Government and has to be issued at Free of Cost Up to 12th Standard will become practically possible.
Now Union Government release Books prescribed for all standards in online but state Government's arrange to print all Books from Private sources available and supply to children in all schools at a Heavy Cost struggling parents. For printing those Books and Printed materials if printed at Government Press than it will cost very low. Government of India must release the Books in Internet in Online ,by 6 Months earlier to any Academic Year following is also a must . on this ,shortage of Time to get printed ,School Books are may be printed by Private Press Owners. How ever Now This is in Huge Value is Known to Union Government of India.
so To supply Free education Materials (printed Materials ) Prime Minister International children Socio-economic welfare Fund is a must in My Recommendation . Mr.Modi Or Mr.Obama all Rulers are caring people of their country so This Fund is a Must is my recommendation.In countries where President is supreme Power their it can be President International children Socio-economic welfare Fund.
While this fund is for International Children welfare it can also be Named as United Nations children Socio-economic welfare Fund. This fund will have its operational office in all Nations.
