In our Society we Indians need to erase Religion /caste/community Forward or Backward in Our Social Life. It Is a must for our Future generations!

My idea as solution :-

Now the time has come to restructure our Human Society in to two as Have's and Have Not's.

This is a Socio economic Oriented. 

At the same time I will not recommend that Union Government to stop its social Promotional Benefits to S.C/S T/Backward/Most Backward/Most Backward Tribes. But while a change in administration is brought in than their will be No room for the above mentioned will be a reply from People in the Country!.

Still in our country and in Many countries we find people in Tribes segment and even they do not know what is the Conversations by Languages people try to reach/communicate  them is also a truth.

Today we know that a Minimum of Rupees 800/- is paid as Daily  wage to a Mason.We can take this as a basic and it will come to Rs.24000/-P.M. so Union Government of India may please work out a plan with that by a G.O. to say People below 23,999.99 will get or can avail all the present Government Facilities and scholar ships and awards and if any other.

Or To start with the amount can be 19,999,99 . Income to people is below to this than they are eligible to avail all Benefits. 

This social Security Plan is a must today. In Forward communities also you can find economically Backward children. so to consider children as our future generation and their welfare and socio economic development in One Common standard .This Social Reformation is a must is my Strong Recommendation. This will put an end to Caste /religion confusions in administrations. This will ban automatically any certificates for stating religions/caste. While  Government is interested in developing the Socio economical plan to all people to arrive/reach/obtain Equal Status in between People in all areas ,than what is the need of Caste/religion /minority in any Prescribed forms of the Government? No Need will be the answer will come from People  is my View and recommendation!.So to Government -Employees ,staffs will be in Surplus in many Departments,they can be used for any other development work/job of Government departments. Religion/caste/minority etc will get vanish its deep rooted Confusion's.

At the same time Government 

must not intervene in any Religious/caste /conventional/customs in Practice in celebrations until it is affecting in any manner to any who is not involved or not connected with that rituals/festivals is a must. 

Government is a Society and it must not have influence of religion/caste /Minority to run Politics is my view.

while a person stepped out of his Home /Hut ,it reveals that he/she has started walking on Road and their the Society Exactly Begins. So to bring tremendous changes in Socio economic of children or future Generation this is a Must I believe, This is my strong recommendation.

Society started where street/road /public place started. So this society does not require Religion/caste/ but it certainly requires Nationality Only as exclusive to a citizen.

Government's must come forward to bring resolutions by bylaws/enactment's to put a concrete Ban on religion or caste matter in all Government official records is a need of this time in the world.

This Economical Back ground or Economical status of Head of a Family/person as a Basic Data (employee to provide a income certificate received from the employer ) ( All Employer must try to pay through Bank Accounts) Self Employed and Farmer's must certify by his/her self attestation /declaration letter saying the income) will only can enable to arrive  to bridge the gap between Have's and Have not's.

Please do not think about few politician's who may cause any Unrest in a country! We Have solutions for that .and it can be vanished in the beginning of the Plan itself. Not to Bather/worry.

Politicians who create any unwanted and unhealthy ruptures or Unrest or revolutions /protests can be challenged very easily . They know very well if they does /involve in any such bad acts causing troubles to people will create troubles to them in return  from People.their after People will not believe such Politician's  is the present trend in Politics,social and Economical Living of people in Human Society in the World!.Thanks.
