This is a part of Metro water Division.
Metro water and its engineers and Employees were performing well in India.
But Sewerage department is unable to perform well.
1. We see many Manholes cover on the road . Engineers may get the approval of the Government to Recap these with a lid made out of cement Lid with many bearable 1/2 inch holes to allow Rain water when it is rain. so water stagnant can be avoided. Daily sweeping the street /road to remove folded soil on road is not Necessary.This will certainly create Health Problems to these workers.
2. Corporation workers engaged in Road/street cleaning may be asked to remove the Garbage and can be asked to sweep the Road /street once in a week,this will avoid them from Asthma /Health Troubles is a Must to be attended by Engineers.
3. Sewerage department engineers has to select obedient workers ,one who will not use Unparliamentary words ,while attending Customers at their sewerage problems.
4.though The sewerage workers were paid they must be trained properly to move with customers. Yes, Behaviour need to be educated, nothing wrong in this. They must be intimated that they must not demand any bribe for attending a service why because they are in Government Uniform and as a Government servant.
Engineers in this department may please send recommendations to state Government authorities on regular Intervals to Provide attention and care to the worker's Children. These worker's who work in Drainage were found to be uneducated, so they must not find any inconvenience in getting Education to their Children.
On This issue , may I request Honorable President of India and Chief Minister's in states. May please offer your Kind attention on these Exclusive workers (Children career) who work in clearing Drainage.
