 In this issue after awarded two leaves logo Mr.O.P.S.may be  forced to sent out of A.D.M.K. is my view. all drama now happening is to do that successfully is my view. B J P Government is not transparent and not towards clean India!!!!.


If B J P is clean and transparent than why Union Government and Judiciary were not showing any interest to command that convicted persons can not hold even Political party leadership???!!!  . B J P mygov.in Government is not on right track as people believe is my view!!!.


Yesterday Ramrahim Baba given 20 years imprisonment as justice . This is right, but what happened to P.J.Kurian case in Supreme court? why B J P Government allowing Mr.P.J.Kurian as Deputy Chairman of Rajya sabha is shocking and a surprise to me and people of India, but why this is not hitting the heart or touching the heart of Judges and chief  Justice ,why Politician's were allowed a special treatment in Court trails, why this injustice to Democracy?  

President of India may please intervene on P.J.Kurian case ,is also a rape victims case ,and please raise a question why such delay ? 

is the delay because of a politician involved? to Supreme court of India ? is looked after by people of India.

why their is no information about Mr.Shivaji Ganesan , a great Legendry actor Grand daughter Mrs.Ilavarasi Husband Mr.sudakaran after imprisonment? what happened to him? 

court and politician's,Press and Media  were talking on News about Mrs.sasikala Only.  

 How B J P can Government  support a Victim to held the leadership of a Political party knowingly the victim is in imprisonment trail,is a surprise? People were made fools by Politician's this includes B J P. politicians also, on date.

This movie "Mersal" would be a complete utter failure in comparison with other Vijay starring movies is my view!!!!. this is because of Mr.A R Rahman Music . in my view he is the unlucky Musician in the recent days and his music makes a movie utter failure. this "Mersal" is yet another failure due to Music by A.R.Rahman and it's going to be witnessed and will be addressed by many ,is my opinion. wait and watch. I am sorry to predict this,This film might be the first major stroke o Mr.Atlee!!!!!

IN 1967 Mrs.Sandhya Purchased this House and named her mother Name Veda Nilayam. 

Veda Nilayam purchased at Rs.1.32 Lakhs was not with 24,000 square feet in  1967. And their is no legal will of Late J.Jayalalithaa available or generated in her life time. 

so Late J.Jayalalithaa Memorial can be only the House as per 1967 Original document.  Many Politician's today in Tamilnadu talk as follows. that is in the later days many additions to 1967 purchase . Many Number of Buildings were might be unapproved constructions. 

so in my view Memorial as per original document's can be declared as Memorial and compensation can be payable as per Judicial verdict may be issued on this case as direction to State Government on date is a possibility. But if the entire 24,000 sq.feet  Building's declared as Memorial than that itself   will fetch Very Bad Name to the Name of Late J.Jayalalithaa and people will start talk automatically that late J.Jayalalithaa acquired Huge wealth and properties in Huge assets case was right will be the confirmation arrived by People and their will not be a need to confirm this by a court verdict is my Belief. 

Let us hope, what and how Tamil Nadu Government decides this issue? 
Tamil Nadu Government to segregate the House at 81 veda nilayam in to 2. (TWO). one as per the 1967 original document and that could be a memorial on compensation. 

than the second could be the property blocked on litigation and than it can be allowed to be decided by the supreme court of India or by a court decision will be the right move/decision.

I Think Government of Tamil Nadu will do act for a better  future of A.I.A.D.M.K. and certainly may not try to fetch bad name on this issue.

my dear please read my posts on Religions must be separated from Politics completely. read this in detail in my earlier posts in my blogs.

already I wrote about temples and religion  must be separated from Politics and Must to make a full stop to Religious Endowments Ministry and all other connected actions to this Ministry. read the detailed post on this subject posted to create awareness in Hindu society  as a step tp save our traditional and cultural values. But people not responded .

I am the first person in my post wrote the suggestion about  20 Kg Rice Free of cost at Ration card  and the same being posted at CMSpecial cell when J.jayalalithaa was the chief Minister, but idea taken and no response to me. similar to this many posts carried in the interest of Nation I have written many to the State Government concern  also to Mr.Modi government concern at mygov.in . No respect  and responding  so I stopped writing ideas and suggestions. If you read my post on Religion and temples and its income must be separated from Politics with immediate effect  linked with UNESCO AND UNO offices few years ago also. now UNESCO opened its sound through letters after its investigations confirmed the truth in the posts.
In fact I am the first person Drafted and posted about this Amma Unavagam operational method (up to chappathi in evening)and its importance and in need. But no regards and respects. Politician's were mostly interested either in Fame or in increasing his her wealth and this is not healthy Politics, so Ifelt I do not want to share my ideas in my blogs and stopped writing in mygov.in also. thanks.
Now I lost my belief in Union Government by Mr.Modi also. Mr.Modi will have a concern this  I know. But Politics going on wrong Direction  so No participation . Good wishes.

Triple talaq: Supreme Court of India Justice might be as .....!!!!!!.

Triple talaq: Supreme Court begins hearing on whether it is fundamental to Islam.

The Supreme Court would examine whether triple talaq is fundamental to Islam and also whether the practice is part of the enforceable fundamental rights as guaranteed in the Constitution.

In My view and my strong recommendation tp my dear samaritans ,also I hope that my Supreme court of India may likely to deliver a judgement as follows. This will be a surprise and good to the Nation.  

yes, Islam and its principles are well addressed in Holy Quran. but at the same time while this Talaq which claims many woman lives and makes many Woman in Islam community to struggle. so  now Islam woman will need to take a strong decision to generate a pressure on Senior religious and judicial person's in Islam on date. I Hope My Supreme court of India will address and may say that these Senior Judicial People in Islam and Senior Religious People in Islam may sit together along with Islam woman society in India and to decide this issue amicably. this could be a case withdrawn from Judicial argument's to avoid all type of friction's. By saying this ,Supreme Court of India may also add that Supreme court of India  is ready to address this out side the court with the above mentioned society to give suitable advice in this issue if required .!!  This method will provide long lasting peace to the Islam woman society.
