India violating international law on diplomatic immunity by preventing its ambassador from leaving the country!

Union Government may permit Judiciary to proceed the arrest of Embassy Chair Person of Italy  - violates diplomatic law?.
People talk in India why Italian Naval ship proceeded towards Kerala ? Is their any arrangement's to Pirate the Gold and Diamond jewel's worth of 600 Billion's recently  found  in 5 Rooms in a Temple at Kerala. Like Arabian sea Pirates is their any arranged attempts? Why Italian Naval ship Officer's Killed Fisher Man at Kerala sea Water in Indian Sea Water Zone.?

For the sake of Fisher man killed Italian Naval Officers were under Judicial custody, than on special request through Italian Embassy they were allowed to go to Italy for a said period,on completing the said period thay must be made themselves present at India for further Investigation's was the Under standing with Italain Embassy.
Now Italain Naval Officers who killed Indian Fisher Man in India sea water Zone were not returned as per the commitment of Italian Embassy Chair person. so Union Government of India wish to Arrest the Ambassador of Italy who provided security for returning the Officer's to India after the said/allowed period. 
But   ,Today ,Italy has accused India of violating international law on diplomatic immunity by preventing its ambassador from leaving the country.

My View and Opinion:
News will always carry good and Bad and on imagination/assumption's on so many times in so many days in any year are we witnessed. 
either it is Fox News or any other channel, News is always a tool  to people to judge the Governance of their government and   the News Presenting  channel (business ethics). 

Also it is good to allow the Bad News Providing Channels First in Line. Than only you can generate your own creative but genuine measures to avoid before reaches the society , is my view. .News Channel were very Bad is my view, why because they get Huge revenue but they do not pay even a single penny/dollar to people like me in business , above all they do gain Huge Revenues from Advertisement's  so they were arranged to allow their Channels to people /Home for Free,instead of Paid Channels. Because Most of the News Channels like BBC and many others were paid channels so we could not witness the News broad castings. so they must sit together in a union and to find a MOU to allow the NEWS Channels to Home across teh world at FREE / Unpaid Channels.
May I Believe that , the above said view of mine may have a consideration on/for enriching /supporting  Human Values on the earth.

D.M.K. president may announce /Demand that UPA Chair person has to resign immediately from chair person position for the sake of Dead Indian Fisher man's Lives

Politics - Current Affairs - Why U P A Government Dismissal may be Demanded by President Of India?
citizen of Italy than Indian is the UPA Chair Person. UPA is ruling India today.
Now my view is This UPA Government has to be Dismissed and Parliament to be Dissolved by an order from President of India on the Following Valid Reasons.
In India Law and Order failed or last its  Values.Judiciary   looks like may be working for Exclusively in favor of UPA Chair person and UPA Government?.
Judiciary of India granted a Bail to Naval Officer's of Italy charged for the death of Indian Fisher Man's Killed brutally at Indian Sea water territory near Kerala State in India.

while D.M.K. an allied in UPA protesting for Survival of Tamil Speaking  People at Sri Lanka why he is not demanding for Justice for Indians Last their Lives at Sea water Near Kerala. 

People Talk say that D.M.K. president may announce /Demand that UPA Chair person has to resign immediately from chair person position  for the sake of Dead  Indian Fisher man's Lives last in the Killing by Italian Navy officers in India.

To attend the Function in  Italy ,Italian Naval Officer's demanded Bail ,and consequently Conditional Bail Granted by  Judiciary of India. And Now those Officers were not returned to India even after the given Bail time Finished ,due to Italian Government is showing sign's against the return of Italian Naval Officer's to Indian Jurisdiction. 
Prime Minister of India say in Parliament that UPA Government will take appropriate steps to bring back those criminal charged Persons through legal steps. 

So Now UPA Government has to step down on its Own decision or Opposition Parties /Political Parties must demand  the dismissal of UPA Government saying that No safety and security to Indian Lives from UPA Government and so President Of India may please Dissolve the Parliament and need to order for Next General election?.
UPA Government is not able to provide secured life to Indians and could not able to allow the Judiciary to work Properly were the reasons may be claimed by all Political Parties in India in Drafting a letter to President Of India demanding the Dismissal of the UPA Government immediately? is my View.
If ,the Opposition Parties in the Parliament were not able to do this than they were in the Parliament  in the side of Ru;ing UPA Government but in the Form of Opposition Parties in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.

All right, why President Mr.Obama not responding my Humble and genuine request? Yes, In his Home page it is mentioned as 44 th President ,this is to   update as either  45th President or 44th,45 th President. Till Date it has not been updated why?

1. Next Government will not be by Mrs.Sonia Gandhi Lead Congress. Congress will be in the Opposition chair . In Fact for a change in the History of  Indian Parliamentarian Number's of 535 M.P.'s belongs to Congress would be very Less and this could be a History in the History of Indian Political History.

2. Is BJP will gain the Next General election with Mr.Narendra Modi As Prime Minister Candidate?  Possibility of Gaining  increased Numbers than this time is assured, But it will not be the full sweep by BJP,because of Mr.Narendra Modi Candidature!.and No Possibility to Catch Power as Next Government.
Foreign Nation's will have a strong influence in the Upcoming General Election,so Mr.Modi can not be the Prime Minister Candidate. If So his Failure is assured one.

3.Mr.Nitish Kumar,Mr.Mulayam singh,Ms.Mamata Banerjee ,Mr.Sharad Pawar and Selvi.J.Jayalalithaa were may likely show interest to be the Prime Minister Candidate!.
Mr.Narendra Modi is also ruling a state in India,and all these were also ruling a state successfully. So No one is inferior to any other.Mr.Narendra Modi or BJP had no Values in the recently held state elections is a clear message/note to Upcoming General Election about BJP a Party in difference with Differences in between all Leaders otherwise lack of cooperation is in the Light now.
Alright ,is their positive Bright sign to any one in the above Leaders?.
Yes, Their is a possible and amicable under standing with others is available to Selvi J.Jayalalithaa. 
In My View Selvi J.Jayalalithaa could be either Prime Minister of India Candidate or Next Home Minister Candidate .
 To gain 39 + 1 = 40 M.P. seats from Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry states in India she must give a Compliment to People. That is Selvi J.Jayalalithaa has to absorb the Burden in to Government Expenses and she must Reduce the Electricity Fare to 50% in the earlier  increased Consumption charges. This is Inevitable and at this point of time Union Government by UPA is not allowing the Nuclear energy in to use of Home and Business in Tamil nadu. UPA Government designed to generate all type Pressure and disturbance,by neither  not allowing the Electricity Generation in the Possible means and nor interested in Tamil nadu people welfare is also Truth has to be analyzed and to be decided favorably by A.I.A.D.M.K.Party to Score 40 M.P.'s.
Civil Supplies must be asked to keep on keep observation is also a Must.

A.I.A.D.M.K. may allow his Candidates to contest in Karnataka state,Andhra Pradesh state ,Kerala ,U.P, Maharashtra, and to arrange alias with Nitish Kumar of Bihar,Navin Patnaik of Orissa ,Sharad Pawar of Maharashtra ,Mayawati of U.P.,  Omar Abdullah of Jammu and Kashmir and Shironmani Akalidal and others of Punjab state is a must.

Otherwise Selvi J.Jayalalithaa may plan accordingly to work for this best possible alliances for B J P as a King Maker.
As per Planet Position and as per the Political parties started time chart BJP is not having the chance to have Thumping Majority. Except Mr. Arun Jet lee is announced as a Prime Minister Candidate than People wish can be Positive. But today BJP Leaders run with to become Prime Minister Dream , another alternative is Mr.L.K.Advani who could be declared as Prime Minister Candidate and who will maximum support in BJP as well from People in India and from across the world. 
If Selvi J.Jayalalithaa  as a prime Minister Candidate than Congress will also not work against her Candidature can be expected. rather Congress will also extend support indirectly.Why because Congress like to keep BJP Out from Power Race and authorities. If B J P come to Power than it will open all corruption charges along with Lokpal Bill as per Mr.Anna Hazare. Than on the charged allegations including Prime Minster of India will also nee to undergo Investigations in all types.

Selvi J.Jayalalithaa may need to develop her contacts with Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev, Arvind Kejriwal also. why because these Personalities now dashing against Corruption in the Country and wish to have a Clean India. So Their assistance is a must.
