The leader of Al-Qaeda marked the twelfth anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks with a message advising Muslims to organize large or small terrorist attacks inside the United States, anything they can do to “bleed” the American economy.
Ayman al-Zawahri, the successor to Osama bin Laden, denied that America is a “mythic power” in an audio message released two days after the anniversary. He went on to say that Islamic holy warriors are able to defeat the US with attacks “on its own soil.” Al-Qaeda did not confirm the authenticity of the tape but the message was posted on a radical website favored by the terrorist network.
“We should bleed America economically by motivating it to continue its huge expenditure on its security as America’s weak point is its economy, which already has begun stumbling because of the military and security expenditure,” he said, as quoted by the Associated Press. “America is not a mythic power and the Americans, after all, are humans who can be defeated felled and punished.”
Zawahri went on, saying America intends to use “the Muslim people as a means to topple the pro-Iran Baathist regime and install a secular government and peaceful to Israel.” The US “will try to push the mujahedeen to compromise with the secular factions and the enemies of Islam,” he said.
In my view I do not agree on the growing or developing enmity against America . Already Terrorism created a Huge Loss and set back in to Economy of America.and why you look for Damaging America again and again, it is wrong, Please understand that America is not an agent to Pope or Christianity!. You Mr. Ayman al-Zawahri must think about Terrorism claims Huge Number of Islam People in Islamic Countries! You must try to pacify Sunny and Shia Muslims to live on common grounds, why because people born to live,so allow them to Live on earth.
I am not a American but I love People , I believe that you will also start to love people and their life on the earth.

same time Mr. Raghuram Rajan may arrange to order to take severe action against Fake currency bundles in Cash Boxes .Even he may order for a severe investigation on surveillance Camera pho9to shots to find out who keeps in the fake currency and take out the right currency. And how this much of Fake currency stored in a secured office? What is the security measures and where it lapses? why their is no security check up's for employees from Officer Rank? Exactly I do not know about this but their is a strong rumor as said above.

I strongly recommend to my dear Governor Reserve Bank of India to pave rules to reduce fund flow for imports from china in particular. cheap qulaity and cheap rates makes many to become Investors/Business people and importing from china to corrupting the Business and economy and Rupee Value is the truth.
I also recommend not to fund Huge level of Gold import .if permitted than it will ruin the Rupee value further has no doubt.
women Banking is a new venture is on the way in your administration, but this can be delayed for some more time is my view.
Banking in rural areas not to be closed but loan sanctioning norms has to be strengthened to collect the loans promptly.
Similar attention on a welfare measure, that is education loan, is also a must. loan can be sanctioned to education but the students has to be advised to work in the National Bank's for some period till the loan amount cleared, also they can be asked to work at rural branches by appointing them with new branches openings in rural areas.
