same time Mr. Raghuram Rajan may arrange to order to take severe action against Fake currency bundles in Cash Boxes  .Even he may order for a severe investigation on surveillance  Camera pho9to shots to find out who keeps in the fake currency and take out the right currency. And how this much of Fake currency stored in a secured office? What is the security measures and where it lapses? why their is no security check up's for employees from Officer Rank? Exactly I do not know about this but their is a strong rumor as said above.

I strongly recommend to my dear Governor Reserve Bank of India to pave rules to reduce fund flow for imports from china in particular. cheap qulaity and cheap rates makes many to become Investors/Business people and importing from china  to corrupting the Business and economy and Rupee Value is the truth. 

I also recommend not to fund Huge level of Gold  import .if permitted than it will ruin the Rupee value further has no doubt.

women Banking is a new venture is on the way in your administration, but this can be delayed for some more time is my view.

Banking in rural areas not to be closed but loan sanctioning norms has to be strengthened to collect the loans promptly.

Similar attention on a welfare measure, that is education loan, is  also a must. loan can be sanctioned to education but the students has to be advised to work in the National Bank's for some period till the loan amount cleared, also they can be asked to work at rural branches by appointing them with new branches openings in rural areas.

Government loose Huge Taxation because of Exploitation by Jewelery showrooms. 99% Jewellery show rooms sell their Gold and Silver Jewels to You on Delivery Memo and not against Invoice. You are also thinking that it will add burden to you No it is a wrong thinking of yours. Shop owners of Jewel sales using your innocence exploiting Government and You. 
Why Jewel sellers do not accept the jewels of other shops at the same cost of their Products sold? all are Gold? Why because their is an under standing on which they won't comment on others quality  but they do not entertain the Purchase of Gold Jewel of Other Jewelry shop sold. Gold quality is not maintained and Government on not showing any interest to frame rules for quality. 916 and 22 carat are cheating. now most of the jewel shop's were selling 18 carat quality..

also you can not avail the rate for the gold you have in your Reserve at your home. All shop owner's exploit why because on sales and Purchase ,on Both Occasion you are loosing Huge money on Sedaram /loss depreciation . this is a wrong reason and you loose your money on sales has no doubt so why to buy Gold and silver ? Please do not Buy Gold and Silver in Indian Gold Jewelery Shops.

also in buying Stones fixed Jewel's the Jewel sellers exploits you. Even precious Stones are not paid when you return the same. In renowned Jewel shops you can find that they would have show case showing stones with Huge Rates but while you sell the same they do not buy and they No!.
In Fact if you buy your Birth stones from a Show room like Joy alukas they will not offer you the stone with the Box and its details exhibited in the show case from which you have selected. On non Providing the Box of the stone you buy in which the stone was kept in the show case with its details it is proved Jewel shop's  exploit you.. Jewel shop's may say that they have Rate card but it is with Huge Difference in Price with the Other shops prevails in the same Market. Rate Card is also a Bogus.

In India Avani Month in Tamil is a month when you find lot of marriages,so up to the last day of Aadi Month the gold Rate/price for 8 Gram was less than 20,000 and from Avani Month First Day you find the Gold Price is increasing and it may go more than Rs.25,000 for 8 Grams ,this is an understanding and arrangement between Sellers and the Government,so it would have created you a thought that is People in Government may be having indirect hands in Investment's in these Jewel shop's. Even Gold sellers do not pay proper Tax to Government Government is not strict on that revenue why is still a mist? and they talk about Economy of India is confirming that Parliament on date is may be a Devil Paradise on this Revenue bringing avenue to Government?

Story: A mafia don sends his son out of the country because he doesn't want even a shadow of his life falling on him. Destiny wills otherwise. The son makes an innocuous trip to Mumbai to visit his dad. And ends up filling his father's large shoes.
This film is a good attempt to rehash the mafia tales of yore. And Mumbai has been used more effectively here than in most Bollywood movies. However, it's failing is the length. At three hours and two minutes, the movie tests your patience.

Sathyaraj as the don is effective. But Santhanam Character is an ultimate waste and allowing the film to a Lengthy screening  ,but as usual Vijay reaches yet another destination in performance. This will certainly will help his political entry in Tamil Nadu after few more years but on date is not advisable is my view.Good luck to vijay. 
Tamil films keeping in mind that a comedian role as a side attachment to boost the film in entertainment,but comedian track has to be  with the connectivity of a film story. In fact in this Film Santhanam character is looking unwanted and it fact it has spoiled the show is my view!.
lot of comedian's are there and they could be used ,why to go with santhanam or vadivelu ? not necessary? is my view.
