Space Station

Buzz It

Hi my dear viewer's this is about space stations at Iceland.Overpopulation is an absurd concept in these parts. There are just about 4,040 residents on Vestmannaeyjar, off the south coast of Iceland, Which consists os 14 islands,30 rocks and 30 skerries created by volcanoes. And all the residents actually live on Heimaey, the only permanently populated island of the group. In spite of the seclusion from the world already afforded by the island, some rugged individualists feel the urge to choose an even stricter voluntary isolation:in remote farms where they undertake small-scale agriculture and stockbreeding.

Sand and the nature

Buzz It
The soft sand that we sink into on the beach, is actually rock. Sand is what a rock becomes after years of being worn down by rivers. Years of sea waves crashing against huge rocks and cliffs makes rocks break into small particles. And ultimately they end up as sand. Sometimes desert sand is carried by winds across great distances, to sea sides, increasing the amount of sand in the sea.

Caring place

Buzz It
Pinnawala, about 90km from Colombo towards Kandy is the home to 60 or more elephant orphans. Abandoned baby elephants are brought and weaned. Then they are allowed to roam about with other elephants so that they learn to search for food. Everything is done in such a way so as to minimize the human contact except when one of them is sick.
