we people know well that Police department obey the orders of Chief a Minister in a state why because Police comes under the control of Chief Minister of a State.

This Control permitted to Chief Ministers to keep Law and Order situation under control at all times in a state. But in few occasion Chief Minister over riding the authority and does like this. Union Government and Supreme Court  May please look forward on this wrong execution of authority and may formulate a Bylaw which is a must to save Human Life.



In this case the incident happened on that day the Judgement issued on Sathyam computers owner legal case. . so their may be a chance to create pressure on Union Government and on Supreme court this type brutal attacks might have ordered by Chief Minister . on That Legal Case Court might have decided to prolong. or That case must come to a decision with a fine and even not with years to imprisonment . why my view like this? because Sathyam Computers Owner Might be a relation to Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh . This is a Possibility. 



Above all Prime Minister was also in abroad on that day of Judgment. Might be To Create a Pressure on Parliament affairs Minister who is from Andhra Pradesh. 



immediately after the shooting and 20 + Tamils Death Court ordered and intervened on this issue for actions by Government is from Press and Media.
