How to convert google Book mark?

Hi this is about  How to convert google Book mark in Google Reader page? here at my blogs I can see my book mark in Private. But I want to have my all Book marks as Public. A request Google Blogger.com team to please convert my Book marks  from private to Public option. please help me to enable this.

This is the problem I have in another blog of mine also. I need help and support from google.com .
