This is only a humble request and suggestion to google.com and blogger.com.
People know that zero - 0 has no value in arithmetic.
Google can also give a minimum rank 1 to all blogs which are above 2 years old and more than 300 posts.
New blogs can be maintained at zero rank. This way google can ask blogger.com to respect and value blogs aged 2 years.This is my humble opinion only.

It is up to the decision of google.com and blogger.com
