The child should do 8 - m15 repetitions / exercise with proper form,
Training should be comprehensive to improve motor skill & fitness,
Avoid overly intense or maximal resistance training,
Training should be varied & be appropriate to size, strength and maturity of the child,Resistance training should be carefully supervised by a competent instructor.
