Ex Prime Minister Dr.Man Mohan Singh should not be imprisoned?!.is my view!
Ex Prime Minister of UPA 1 and UPA2 Must be asked to arrange to revert /pay back the Value of Money declared as corruption in Scams in C A G Reports is must be the first Punishment?!.
Imprisonment or lifetime imprisonment must not be a Punishment in Judiciary!,Yes this must change through Parliament (Legislative) Judiciary,Executive has to sit together and to frame Laws for the present world is my recommendation.
Now in India 2G Spectrum corruption amount about 1 76 000 lac crores of earlier Government declared by C A G Report has been proved financially by the present BJP Government Bid's and its receipts in to the Banks.
Similarly in Coal Gate Scam the C A G Report declared Huge Loss has been proved now by the present B J P Government Bid's and receipt's in Banks .
The Next Step could be C B I and Judicial actions and imprisonment or life time imprisonment is the common code of Punishment adopted by all Nation in the world , but this is not right. While their is a provision of imprisonment than the convicted will get sanction of a Bail from the same Judiciary. So No use in exploiting people of India and the world.
Punishment must be very very severe to the convicted.

Convicted must be asked to pay back the corruption amount declared by C A G report to the Government Treasury with in a fixed period (this period is to be declared by Judiciary and it can be very normal or short time) .
Earlier to this Fodder scam in which Ex Chief Minister of Bihar declared convicted so Judiciary must have asked the Government to take necessary action to revert the Money from the than Chief Minister of Bihar as a / for a Model of conduct in Punishment by Judiciary.
this has not happen in Biggest Democracy of the world . Why this has not happen? Why because Politicians in the world are only can able to mingle immediately saying that they are like Brother's and sister's.where the world is going?
so Exploiting people and Public Money is Looking Like permissible by Judiciary and Government (parliament).Than the Present Parliament system is not a valid or useful to Living is my recommendation. we say we live in 21st century but we do not want to go with the latest amendments in Judicial and Parliament affairs and results. This is a need of this time is my strong recommendation.
Judiciary and Government Punishes the Convicted but they get Bail on biased arrangements and on set ups of Democracy for Political Leaders of India is not right.
why U N O or International Court of Justice are not involving on such occasion or on such issues in the world to correct it by recommendations.Than what is the use of U N O and International Court of Justice?

By imprisonment ,Revenue from People of India are wasted in Jail administration expenses. so convicted with Huge crimes must be Exiled. and this can be like our fore fathers (Kings - Rulers) did.
Yes, Rulers or Kings of Chola or Maurya or Gupta or Chalukya Dynasties were used to Punish the Convicted in the following manner.
Ministers and army Persons of those rulers used to made a Wooden Box in which the convicted can only sit. in the sitting Position convicted will be tied in the Wooden Box than that wooden Box will be thrown in to the deep sea area. This wooden Box will float for many days. this convicted can not move in any manner. from the bottom animals and mammals from the sea will bite .after few days as it is in the condition the convicted will die was the severe Punishment.
People who come to Public life and do corruption's and enjoy Public Money must be Punished . their can not be second opinion on this. But I recommend Modi Government and Judiciary must take initiation to arrive severe punishment declaration's for the Mistakes of a Person in the Public Life.
Supreme court of India ,Supreme court of America International Court of Justice at Hague will not have difference of View on this Severe Punishment's.

the defeat in the Up coming Mid term poll will damage the Political party status in People decision.
