Triple talaq: Supreme Court of India Justice might be as .....!!!!!!.

Triple talaq: Supreme Court begins hearing on whether it is fundamental to Islam.

The Supreme Court would examine whether triple talaq is fundamental to Islam and also whether the practice is part of the enforceable fundamental rights as guaranteed in the Constitution.

In My view and my strong recommendation tp my dear samaritans ,also I hope that my Supreme court of India may likely to deliver a judgement as follows. This will be a surprise and good to the Nation.  

yes, Islam and its principles are well addressed in Holy Quran. but at the same time while this Talaq which claims many woman lives and makes many Woman in Islam community to struggle. so  now Islam woman will need to take a strong decision to generate a pressure on Senior religious and judicial person's in Islam on date. I Hope My Supreme court of India will address and may say that these Senior Judicial People in Islam and Senior Religious People in Islam may sit together along with Islam woman society in India and to decide this issue amicably. this could be a case withdrawn from Judicial argument's to avoid all type of friction's. By saying this ,Supreme Court of India may also add that Supreme court of India  is ready to address this out side the court with the above mentioned society to give suitable advice in this issue if required .!!  This method will provide long lasting peace to the Islam woman society.
