My View:- Rahul Gandhi should have tested his complete Control in his Party to confirm himself to be a Prime Minister Candidate?

Rahul Gandhi with the advice from elders in congress opposed the Ordinance  can not be denied.

In My view using this Ordinance as a tool Rahul Gandhi tested his control on his party leaders in Parliament. Is their any congress man have opinion to go / talk against Rahul Prime Minister Candidature for the Next General election is the truth. in that Rahul won and also he found few Congress Man were showing No interest on his leadership and these people will not be given tickets to contest in the Up coming election.
