In Bank transaction's in savings Bank account or recurring Bank Account when a customer deposit cash through pay in Chellan they find a word .
what is that? that is Signature of the remitter. here this is not right and this must be changed by Rulers or Government's or Banks as Account Holder Signature.
If Bank's in all Nation are all Directed /instructed to accept the Payment's in with Account Holder Signature than the question of Black Money issue can be solved very easily. But now in practice we find Signature of the remitter ,on which any person can sign in that and can deposit. Also an Account Holder can easily reject saying that he/she has not deposited such deposit's in his/her Bank account as an answer when such question of Black Money or un accounted Money arises!?.
So Finance Minister may Please arrange to show importance on this and please arrange to enable Account Holder Signature in Bank Pay in Chellan's will solve major issues is my strong recommendation.

Mr.Nehru declared his Birth Day as Children Day -Nov.14th of every year.
Mr.Nehru who brought Pancha seela Policy is good and well appreciated by all Nations.
Mr.Nehru who Donated His House Ananda Bhavanam to the Nation Asset.
Most of the Congress Meetings held under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhiji,Sardar Vallabh bhai Patel,Morarji Desai and with so many Congress Leaders along with Nehru at Ananda Bhavanam.
So Mr.Modi on 14th November 2014 can establish a stamp with the back ground of Children and anada bhavan with Pancha seela policy Logo would be a right way to Respect.this is my idea and suggestion.
Mr.Nehru did not respected the words of Mahatma Gandhiji in the recommendation Mahatma Gandhiji to Dissolve the Old Congress .
Mr.Nehru did not co operated with Gandhiji in Not to divide India.Division or partition of
India paved the way for another country in the Name of Pakistan .Today both suffer on unwanted border issues.
Nehru would have permitted Mr.Sardar Vallabh bhai Patel to become first Prime minister of India as recommended and nominated by Mahatma Gandhiji .
or
Mr.Nehru would have permitted Mr.Jinnah to become first Prime Minister of India as his recommendation to Congress headed by Gandhiji ,and could have stopped the division or partition of India. And Mr.Nehru could have become 2nd Prime Minister of India , why because Mr.Jinnah lived for a very short period. ( Jinnah died due to T.B. and severe Cancer)
on the above issues as a Indian I do not Like Mr.Nehru .

Supreme court of India or Supreme court of America or International Court of Justice at Hague or in any Court , I will try to argue as follows to confirm that Bank account's in all Countries including in India today are all can be identified as Black Money Operating Accounts
627 listed as Black Money Holders in Banks in Up countries? So we can Declare ,All Bank Account Operation in all Nation is Black Money Operation!
In Supreme court of India I will argue that this listed list of Black Money Holders in Swiss Bank will say that Money does not belong to them?
2. Government will say whether that Money is such accounts are after paid income tax or on Un paid income tax category?
3.People ,Court and Government may agree and accept that after, people in the list of 627 were said that the money does not belong to them so on fulfillment of court authentication processes the entire Black money can be brought in to the Government Treasury and Nation's Economy can be restructured?!.
But if am allowed to argue in Supreme court of India or Supreme court of America or International Court of Justice at Hague or in any Court , I will try to argue as follows to confirm that Bank account's in all Countries including in India today are all can be identified as Black Money Operating Accounts. whether it is Savings Account or Recurring Accounts!?.

Practically in Bank's in all Nation to open an account a minimum deposit is required. In all Bank's in India it is between from Rs.350 to Rs.500/- . In MNC Banks it is from Rs.10,000 to 25 thousand rupees. off course immediately after opening your savings account you are allowed to withdraw your deposited money in full by using your Debit card is also a Facility provided in MNC Banks.
But here the matter or issue is all account Holder's are not Depositing Money in her or his account but you are assured to say that Money deposit's are made by many person.
Any one can deposit or Remit Money in any account of any Person is Weakness/ Mistake is in existence in Bank's in all Nation in the World is a Truth.
This is the Basic blunder/Mistake/ wrong act of Permission is the rule Governs in existence in Bank Business Operation's in Finance!?.
Now I will Come to the point!so, In Black Money Holders List of 627 in ratification/clarification in their Bank statement's you can easily find that Money would have been deposited or remitted by Different Persons who were not the Account Holders shall be an encountered result or reply in all these cases.

This Wrong Practice must be corrected by enforcing a law saying that in Deposit forms the signature must be the signature of the Account Holder .
