same time Mr. Raghuram Rajan may arrange to order to take severe action against Fake currency bundles in Cash Boxes  .Even he may order for a severe investigation on surveillance  Camera pho9to shots to find out who keeps in the fake currency and take out the right currency. And how this much of Fake currency stored in a secured office? What is the security measures and where it lapses? why their is no security check up's for employees from Officer Rank? Exactly I do not know about this but their is a strong rumor as said above.

I strongly recommend to my dear Governor Reserve Bank of India to pave rules to reduce fund flow for imports from china in particular. cheap qulaity and cheap rates makes many to become Investors/Business people and importing from china  to corrupting the Business and economy and Rupee Value is the truth. 

I also recommend not to fund Huge level of Gold  import .if permitted than it will ruin the Rupee value further has no doubt.

women Banking is a new venture is on the way in your administration, but this can be delayed for some more time is my view.

Banking in rural areas not to be closed but loan sanctioning norms has to be strengthened to collect the loans promptly.

Similar attention on a welfare measure, that is education loan, is  also a must. loan can be sanctioned to education but the students has to be advised to work in the National Bank's for some period till the loan amount cleared, also they can be asked to work at rural branches by appointing them with new branches openings in rural areas.
